There are millions of Play Apps in the Google and Apple Apps stores. some that could be of the greatest interest to you, but you will probably never learn of them, because, except for the top apps, unless you know what your looking for, the discovery mechanism offered by the apps stores are pretty wonky. (In 2012 it was found that more than 60% of the apps in the apps store have never been downloaded link .)
For the first several years of owning a smartphone I pretty much used it for work related applications and never explored the Play Store . Other then Angry Birds I pretty much never used it for play. Then I started wandering through the Apps store looking for apps under topics that interested me. The results were my finding the apps you will see below that I think are great and use quite often
With the app store containing several mililion apps, my looking through the play store was a pretty hapharzard way of finding apps of interest. As a better solution to this problem I have a created a hierarchal index to the Google Play Store. Think of it as a wandering browser...
"Walking and wandering are two very different things. Walking is functional; it is merely the act of getting from A to B on our own two legs. But when we wander, it is the journey–not the destination–that matters. Somewhere between these two, there has to be a happy medium"-Project for Public Spaces.
The Infinite Parkhouse is meant to encourage wandering. If you wander through the different headings and try out some of the apps that sound interesting you might just find some really great play apps.

Pottery
I showed my mom a lot of the apps that are included here, there was no great interest until I showed her this one. Then her eyes lit up. In younger days she used to throw pots, she can no longer do so now, This application allowed her to once again experience pottery. As I said what's important is to search for the apps that work for you.
